Providing Everything You Need
Concept and Design
Service Name
Whether it’s a residential, commercial or agricultural build, Centennial Truss has six decades of combined design experience.
Clients will first send their plans through to be reviewed. Once the review has taken place, a member of our team will reach out if necessary, otherwise a quote and layout will be issued to the client.
Using the latest technology software, the designers will transform your blueprints into a design, drafting technical documents for builders and contractors.
While evaluating your project, we’ll also work to meet your budget and timeline expectations. Before we bring your truss design into the shop for construction, we always ensure the designs and specifications meet our clients’ satisfaction.
Engineered Floor Systems
PWT I-Joists are more versatile than open web floor trusses, and more uniform and dimensionally stable than lumber. They can be trimmed on-site, and long lengths allow roofs and floors to be designed with fewer pieces, saving installation time.
Build sturdy, stable floors with wider flanges. Centennial Truss designs engineered wood products to a higher deflection and vibration criteria than that of the building code.
PWT LVL (Laminated Veneer Lumber)
Service Name
LVL is a type of engineered wood product that consists of multiple layers of thin wood veneers glued together with adhesives. It is known for its strength, stability, and consistent performance. LVL beams are commonly used in the construction industry as a key component in engineered flooring systems. PWT LVL surpasses traditional lumber for dimensional consistency and load-carrying capacity. Ideal for longer spans, beam, headers/ lintels, PWT LVL is available in up to 60’ lengths and resists warping, twisting, bowing and crowning. Its reliable and predictable characteristics make LVL a popular choice for building robust and efficient floor systems.
